For pool companies
Pool service software for the route
SwimPro Shop is the pool service software dealers use in the garage and on the truck. Customers, the daily route, chemistry, equipment, and the shelf. 6 months free, then $10 / month. No per-pool fee.
The route and the customer file
Shop → Route builds a weekday from the active accounts on that day. Drag stops across the week, optimize for fuel, and share GPS so the shop can see the truck. Gate codes and the stop location stay on the customer, next to pool type, phone, and notes.
Open a customer to see equipment, water tests, invoices, and route history. Add extras on the stop and bill them from the field instead of rewriting the ticket at the office. A shopping list holds parts and chemicals to pick up for a stop or for the truck. Mark them bought, then bill the homeowner.
Chemistry, filters, equipment, inventory
Shop → Chemistry takes the test numbers and returns LSI and a dose. You can invoice that dose onto the customer from the truck. Filter cleans live under Filters.
Equipment stays on the pool — pump, filter, heater, and the rest — and builds have their own tab. Inventory is the shelf: add a SKU, then edit name, quantity, cost, reorder point, or house. Bump counts with +1 or +12 without retyping the card.
Switch without retyping the book
Export customers from Skimmer, Pool Brain, Jobber, Pool Service Software, or a QuickBooks customer list. On Shop → Switch, drop a CSV, Excel file, PDF, photo, JSON, or text export. Map Route Day and Stop # so Monday stop 4 stays stop 4. Chemical logs with free chlorine, pH, and a test date append to the pool. Pump models land on equipment.
SwimPro does not log you into Heritage Plus, Pool360, or any distributor site. Export the file there, then drop it on Switch. Distributor invoices can go on the shelf, or you can tag them to a job.
Who Shop is for
Pool companies. Manufacturers and distributors do not run Shop — they use Desk for a line card, branch stock, dealer asks, and pad pulse (what is logged on real pools, with no customer names). Homeowners are not accounts. Every signup names a company.
Quotes, invoices, QuickBooks CSV export, and the time clock are the pool business management side of the same Shop. The pool professional network — feed, jobs, messages, and live — stays free either way.
